VGP（an available substitute for ZN96-12）type Indoor HV Vacuum Breaker is widely used for indoor armoured air insulation switch cabinet.It complies with gregulations of standards like GB1984-2003,DL/T403-2003,Germany DINVDE0670,IEC62271-100:2001 and IEC 60694.In mormal working condition,it could be operated safely and reliably in power network of relative voltage rating as long as the circuit breaker is used within technical paramter range.The three-phase pole part of VGP(an available substitute for ZN96-12)type indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is made by automatic pressure gelatum technics(APG),which makes vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber and upper and lower outlet terminal sealed directly in epoxy resin,the arc-extinguishing chamber and upper and lower outlet terminal sealed directily in epoxy resin.the arc-extinguishing chamber adopted is produced by Germany SIEMENS or our own country,which reduces adjustment link and pollution to arc-extinguishing chamber from external environment,enhancing reliability.In condition of frequent operation or in need of long life breaking,VGP vacuum chircuit breaker owns special advantages of reclose function,high operation reliability and working life,and the plle part realizes maintenance exemprion.

3.VGP Vacuum Arc-Extinguishing Chamber Structure
VGP Indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is equipped with special ceramic vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber of miniaturization and serizlization,after special design,it adopts new type of contact material and magnetic field structure and is with advantages of low level of interruption,strong breaking ability and high reliability.
4.Pole Structure of Circuit Breaker
The three phases of circuit breaker is made by three poles(1)assembled on frame,while the each pole is made by automatic pressure gelatum technics(APG),which integrates vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber and upper and lower connection terminal and make it sealed in epoxy resin through special mould,(3,drawing 4.1) and upper and lower connection terminals(2,drawing 4.1).The pole(1)structure avoids the effect to external insulation of arc-extinguishing chamber from dust and humidity in operating environment,enhancing external insulation reliability of arc-extinguishing chamber and primary circuit of the breaker.
5.Operating Mechanism Structure of Breaker
The operating mechanism of VGP vacuum circuit breaker adopts modular assembly,namely,the operating mechanism is divided into switching on module(6),switching off module(7),box body and principal axis module(4) and secondary circuit module(5),which is not only with good assembling technics and easy for standardized production,shortening the delivery cycle greatly,but also is with convenient maintenance and repair,the design of integrating the pole and operating mechanism simplifies the transmission link,and the output characteristic of mechanism is more adapted to the load characteristic as circuit breaker requires,which reducee energy loss and enhances mechanical reliability of operating mechanism.
